What‘s AT command and Throughput mode?

AT command mode of the Bluetooth module is a master-slave response mode. In AT mode, the terminal sends data to the platform steps: the main controller sends AT commands to the bluetooth module through the serial port, sends the terminal data (“10”) to the bluetooth module, and then sends it to the platform through the bluetooth module. There will be a response when the AT command is sent successfully. After the transmission is completed, the Bluetooth module responds to the main controller through the serial port, and the transmission is completed; the platform sends data ("01") to the Bluetooth module, and the Bluetooth module sends it to the main controller through the serial port to realize the operation of the opposite end. There will be a response when the AT command is sent successfully. (All commands can only be sent in command mode, otherwise there will be no response, and all AT commands end with a carriage return and line feed, that is, \r\n, and the returned response also ends with a carriage return and line feed)

The throughput mode of Bluetooth module is the serial port transparent transmission, which means transparent transmission. It is a working method, not a performance. The Bluetooth serial port throughput module is to allow users to better develop Bluetooth wireless transmission products without paying attention to how the Bluetooth protocol stack is completed. In the throughtput mode, the terminal sends data to the platform steps: the main controller sends data ("10") to the Bluetooth module through the serial port, and then sends it to the platform through the Bluetooth module. After the transmission is completed, the platform sends the data to the Bluetooth module, and the Bluetooth module sends the data to the main controller through the serial port to realize the operation of the opposite end.

The throughput mode data transmission process does not need to send specific commands, but to enter the transparent transmission mode, it is still necessary to configure the Bluetooth module to send related AT commands through the main controller, such as platform address, open the transparent transmission mode, and so on. Note: In the throughput mode, it is best to increase the data length, verification and other information to prevent problems such as packet loss. When the device communication is abnormal, you need to exit the transparent transmission mode to troubleshoot the problem.

In the transmission process, transparent transmission is only responsible for transmitting the business that needs to be transmitted to the destination node, regardless of the transmission business. Then upload the data to the cloud platform through the network without processing the transmitted business.
